The main aim which Magnetica intends to pursue, through the constant improvement of its perfomances in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, is Customer Satisfaction.

Magnetica believes that:

- the company only survives if it has Customers;

- the best Customer is the regular Customer;

- Customer Satisfaction is closely related to the satisfaction of the purchase and then to the Quality of the product;

- the Customer becomes regular only if his purchase always corresponds to the Quality he expects.

- Quality means all those product characterstics and performances which allow the satisfaction of the Customer's needs and expectations .

- The Customer is considered in terms of his satisfaction. In operative terms, satisfaction is the main priority, the main factor. 

The Quality policy, which Magnetica intends to carry out, is based on the following company priorities:

- Customer Satisfaction;

- constant improvement of the process and the reached results;

- keeping the acquired customers;

- attracting and acquiring new Clients.

The strategic answer, aiming at gaining all the set targets, foresees the implementation of the Total Quality applied to the Company sectors.

For Magnetica, applying the Total Quality principles means:

- thinking in terms of reasons and not in terms of blame;

Magnetic extends the concept of Quality to every company process and the whole workforce is involved in the concept of Quality, according to the following criterion: Every Person is responsible for the Quality of their work.    

Taking care of Quality mostly means constantly improving it.

The constant improvement of the Quality of the performances is the most important task for every person and every internal sector.

Performances Quality means Qualiy of work, of organisation, of interpersonal reationships,  of work place and of company image.

In operative terms, Total Qualiy is reached through the use of the PDCA Cycle for the constant improvement, better known as "Deming Wheel".

The PDCA Cycle means:

- identify the problem/plan the project;

- gather information on the starting situation;

- plan the activities to carry out.

Do:

- train the people responsible for the production;

- carry out the planned activities.

Check:

- check the results and compare them with the targets.

Act:

- standarise, consolidate and train people.
